Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own demand generation performance for the Marketplace division end to end.

  • Work hands-on on SEM, coordinating execution with international agencies while remaining fully accountable for results and scaling the channel.
  • Onboard and scale YouTube and other brand-awareness channels as part of the demand generation mix.
  • Ensure campaign execution is consistently tied to revenue and pipeline goals, not just activity metrics.
  • Maintain execution quality and pacing standards across all demand generation channels.
  • Own marketing automation programs like emails, nurture, and lifecycle journeys, with hands-on Marketo experience strongly preferred.
  • Analyze demand generation performance and connect it to broader business outcomes, partnering with the Marketing Intelligence team on reporting and insights.
  • Govern advertising (print and online) and PR activities for the division.
  • Hold trade shows accountable for the leads and pipeline they deliver, acting as the key stakeholder with Trade Show Managers and Corporate Marketing.

Requirements

  • Hands-on proficiency with AI tools for marketing execution and productivity, including generative AI for campaign content, prompting, briefs, and workflow automation.
  • Strong knowledge of SEM, paid social, marketing automation, and emerging AI-driven marketing channels.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools regularly to improve marketing efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a data-informed environment while partnering with analytics resources.
  • Working knowledge of marketing analytics beyond standard channel metrics such as ROAS and CTR, with the ability to connect marketing activities to broader business results.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively across divisions, functions, and geographic regions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present confidently to senior leadership.
  • Ability to effectively lead and coordinate multi-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Ability to manage external agencies, budgets, and multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing or a related field.
