Job Description

Drive cross-functional, brand-marketing leadership as a Senior Manager, Brand Marketing, guiding campaigns, strategy, and customer experience.

  • Lead planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for key brand moments in partnerships across Marketing, Brand Engagement, Menu, Operations, Global communications, and International Marketing teams
  • Develop customer-centric briefs that guide cross-functional team and campaign strategy based on strong business and customer insights
  • Build salient go-to-market strategies that drive traffic increase trial, and build brand equity
  • Build & validate business cases for marketing, product initiatives, and brand programs
  • Act as connector across teams, advocating for the customer experience, campaign success, and Brand health, supporting a seamless execution
  • Lead cross functional workstreams with initiative and purpose, helping drive alignment and accountability
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders (including senior leaders) to inform prioritization and planning
  • Monitor performance of marketing initiatives and programs, report on performance, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Lead a test-and learn approach to drive innovation and growth, leading customer learning plans to inform strategy direction
  • Collaborate with team members to contribute to culture of curiosity, inclusion, and shared values
