Own the creator partnerships and talent portfolio, aligning brand opportunities with creator growth goals and flawless campaign execution across social platforms.

Talent roster ownership: identify, recruit, and nurture top digital creators and long-term relationships.
Partnership execution: negotiate brand deals, campaigns, and ongoing partnerships with creators.
Campaign operations: manage contracts, content scheduling, and logistics to ensure timely delivery.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage and develop a roster of top digital creators across social media platforms
Negotiate brand partnerships, campaigns, and long-term deals
Oversee campaign logistics from contracts to content scheduling to ensure smooth execution
Help creators strategize their growth, positioning, and brand opportunities
Stay up to date on trends, platform changes, and emerging creators

Requirements

2–3 years of direct talent management experience required
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously
Existing book of talent
