Job Summary

Own on site event execution for national driving programs, coordinating partners, logistics, and live problem solving to deliver premium experiences across markets.

  • Event Operations: Manage registration, staffing, asset placement and lead on site for select partners.
  • Partner & Stakeholder Coordination: Be the primary onsite contact with agencies, vendors, and internal teams, troubleshooting live issues.
  • Travel & Execution Scope: Oversee logistics, materials, and inventory with high travel and weekend/holiday event coverage.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the National Driving Program team by helping develop, run, and implement key program elements
  • Serve as a key onsite team member, working closely with agency partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution
  • Act as primary point of contact onsite for select partners and stakeholders, proactively troubleshooting and resolving issues in real time
  • Managing event logistics including registration oversight, staffing coordination, asset placement, and experiential elements
  • Track and manage event materials, branded assets, and inventory across markets
  • Onsite lead for event registration

Requirements

  • Valid US driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and work weekends or holidays as needed; Anticipated travel level: High (>75%)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively problem solve in fast paced, live event environments
  • Professional presence and strong communication skills, comfortable representing a luxury brand in client and consumer facing settings

Preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in event planning, event production, or experiential marketing (preferred)
  • A passion for luxury automotive
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners
