Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Translate complex marketing data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Leverage AI-enabled research and analytics tools to accelerate insight generation and support strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data—including social listening, search behavior, CRM, media performance, and audience research—to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop measurement frameworks, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting that evaluate campaign performance and business impact.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven strategies and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, insights, or engagement strategy.
  • Strong ability to transform data into strategic recommendations.
  • Experience with AI-powered research and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of CRM, social, web, search, media, and audience analytics.
  • Experience creating dashboards, measurement frameworks, and performance reporting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Healthcare or pharmaceutical agency experience preferred.
