Own North America Open Enrollment growth as a cross-functional driver of enterprise opportunities, turning OE into a growth engine and aligning GTM with revenue and market priorities.

Own OE to enterprise conversion and ABM activation with Marketing, Sales, and Ops alignment.
Drive funnel visibility, governance, and decision-making through dashboards and KPI tracking.
Lead cross-functional transformation to a growth-focused operating model and enterprise-aligned activation lifecycle.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Strategic Growth Leadership: Lead North America Open Enrollment growth strategy aligned to revenue and enterprise goals.
Revenue Activation & Enterprise Opportunity Development: Develop OE-to-enterprise conversion strategies to accelerate pipeline and enterprise opportunities.
Commercial Operations & Funnel Performance: Own OE growth funnel visibility with KPI dashboards and governance for data-driven decisions.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Operating Model Transformation: Drive a growth-focused operating model with Marketing, Enterprise Sales, Client Operations, Partnerships, and CS.

Requirements

12+ years in enterprise sales, growth strategy, revenue operations, demand gen, or go-to-market leadership with measurable revenue impact.
Proven ability to establish KPIs, governance, and accountability in complex organizations.
Strong executive communication and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and CS leaders.
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred

Experience in professional services, enterprise learning, SaaS, or transformation-focused orgs.
Familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation, and funnel analytics.
Knowledge of change management trends and Prosci methodology.
