Responsibilities

• Own the Creator Programs function at Cousin Labs, including vision, standards, operating rhythms, and team development.
• Lead a team with at least three direct reports, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and role design as the org scales.
• Build repeatable systems so programs run in parallel with consistent quality and clear accountability.
• Program ownership across a client portfolio
• Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple client accounts, from kickoff through ongoing execution and iteration.
• Translate client objectives into clear program plans, weekly priorities, and success metrics.
• Serve as a senior client partner, building trust through strong communication, crisp expectations, and reliable execution.
• Operational excellence and program performance

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience leading creator, social, or content programs in a high-output environment.
• 4+ years of people management experience, including multiple direct reports and experience raising standards through systems and coaching.
• Strong operational leadership with the ability to turn strategy into repeatable execution across multiple workstreams.
• Deep familiarity with creators and short-form platforms, including TikTok and Instagram.
• Strong client-facing presence and comfort operating with senior stakeholders.
• Agency experience or experience leading multi-brand programs is a plus.
