Job Summary

Own and accelerate growth creative across multi-channel campaigns, collaborating cross-functionally to design high-velocity, performance-driven work while iterating on systems and sharing learnings.

  • Partner with Growth Marketing and design teams to push initiatives, align brand and performance, and inform strategy through learnings.
  • Iterate, experiment, and expand into new channels to optimize performance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Concept & Execute Rapidly : Develop smart, fast creative work—from concept to final execution—across digital ads, landing pages, and scalable multi-channel campaigns.
  • Design with Purpose : Combine brand fidelity with performance goals to design work that entertains, educates, and drives leads.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Partner directly with a single Growth Marketing stakeholder to push their initiatives further, faster. Go beyond execution to a place of thought partnership, working week over week to unlock the next big opportunity. Partner with writers, animators, editors, web designers, and creative directors to execute full-funnel campaigns.
  • Work Hand-in-Hand with Design Systems : Partner closely with our Brand Systems team to ensure all growth creative adheres to our evolving visual language—while also exploring new executions that stretch and strengthen the system.
  • Relay Insights Back to Brand : Share creative performance learnings with the broader design and brand teams to help inform long-term creative strategy, visual identity evolution, and cross-channel cohesion.
  • Iterate & Experiment : Test hypotheses and optimize based on results. Success is measured not just in aesthetics, but in originality, clarity, product accuracy, and performance metrics.
  • Explore New Channels : Help identify and unlock opportunities across emerging formats and placements while continuously improving our core performance channels.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in design, with strong portfolio examples of performance creative or digital advertising.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional design work at high velocity.
  • Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (motion and prototyping experience is a plus).
  • Experience working closely with creative, marketing, and brand teams in high-growth environments.
  • A passion for systems thinking and improving creative processes over time.
