Job Summary

Drive growth for Eko+ by owning the growth roadmap, messaging, and GTM for launches, backed by data analysis and cross-functional execution.

  • Own growth roadmap and funnel optimization to boost trial sign-ups, conversion, engagement, and retention.
  • Lead data-informed messaging and positioning across surfaces and launches in the Eko App.
  • Collaborate with Product/Engineering to run experiments and ship changes with measurable impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the Eko+ Growth Roadmap: Own and evolve the Eko+ growth roadmap using deep analysis of funnel metrics, customer behavior, and experiment results to drive trial sign-ups, paid conversion, engagement, and retention
  • Own Eko+ Messaging and Positioning: Own Eko+ messaging and positioning across all customer surfaces, informed by performance data, experimentation results, and customer insights
  • Lead GTM Strategy for Key Launches: Drive data-informed positioning and customer-facing messaging when new features, experiences, or workflows are launched in the Eko App.
  • Experimentation and Funnel Optimization: Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests across messaging, onboarding, pricing, cancellation, and lifecycle flows, translating results into product and growth improvements
  • Product-Minded Customer Insight Analysis: Analyze quantitative performance data and qualitative customer feedback to identify behavioral patterns, diagnose funnel issues, and inform roadmap decisions
  • Analytics and Performance Reporting Ownership: Own Eko+ analytics, dashboards, and performance reporting, partnering with Product, Finance, and Business Intelligence to ensure data accuracy and actionability
  • Cross-Functional Execution with Product and Engineering: Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to launch experiments, ship changes, evaluate impact, and iterate
  • Continuous Product Improvement: Apply experimentation learnings and data insights to influence ongoing Eko App and Eko+ product development

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5-8+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, product management, management consulting, strategy & operations, or similar roles
  • Strong sense of ownership, with a proven track record of leading initiatives end-to-end and measuring their impact using data
  • Highly analytical and product-minded, with the ability to dive into funnel metrics, experimentation results, and customer data to inform decisions
  • Proven ability to drive execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable operating in dynamic environments, adapting priorities quickly, and balancing speed with rigor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Strong technical and analytical fluency, with experience using data analysis, experimentation, and project management tools to evaluate and iterate on growth initiatives
