Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own select portions of event logistics (e.g., permits, run-of-show, vendor confirmation, signage, or staffing).
  • Lead cross-functional status meetings, update trackers, and distribute timelines.
  • Support budgeting, vendor payments, and expense tracking in partnership with senior leads.
  • Coordinate on-site logistics and troubleshoot issues independently or in partnership with leads.
  • Lead internal meetings and prep for client presentations.
  • Track and communicate next steps across cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain organizational systems, tools, and trackers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, 2+ years of experience in production of live events, mobile tours and fabrication of custom event elements
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage and provide clear direction of in-house agency team and outside vendors
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguous situations and conditions, and an ongoing need to identify, assess, and solve problems quickly and frequently
  • High level of professionalism, enthusiasm, ingenuity, self-motivation, resourcefulness and drive for results in a fast-paced space
  • Familiarity with alcohol beverage concepts, practices and procedures
  • Required to employ an alternative work schedule, including weekends and evenings if needed during event activations
  • Skilled in the use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Up to 40% travel required for onsite event management.
