Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead Influencer Strategy: Design, develop, and execute cutting-edge influencer strategies across leading platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, ensuring direct alignment with client objectives.
  • Cultivate Powerful Partnerships: Forge meaningful, long-term creator relationships that expertly balance authentic brand storytelling with measurable performance outcomes.
  • End-to-End Campaign Mastery: Own the entire campaign lifecycle, from meticulous influencer identification and strategic outreach to skillful negotiation, seamless execution, and comprehensive performance reporting.
  • Innovate & Grow: Champion continuous experimentation with new influencer formats and programs, proactively identifying and scaling growth drivers for maximum client impact.
  • Collaborate & Influence: Act as a central connector, collaborating extensively with external vendors and internal cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class strategic thinking and action for our clients.
  • Become an Industry Voice: Position yourself as a thought leader in the influencer and social space, offering unique perspectives and staying ahead of industry trends and updates.
  • Integrate & Elevate: Contribute to building a cohesive, integrated WPP social offering, enhancing our collective capabilities and achieving both internal and client objectives.
  • Inspire & Engage: Foster enthusiasm and commitment for our clients\' business within internal teams, driving productivity and job satisfaction through trust and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Agency Expertise: Proven experience within an agency setting, managing Fortune 500, large-scale Pharmaceutical, or Health clients. Agency experience is strongly preferred.
  • Influencer Prowess: A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, social strategy, paid social, or community management, specifically with high-tier clients in an agency or in-house SME environment.
  • Industry Acumen: In-depth knowledge of the Pharmaceutical/Health industry and its specific regulations within the social media landscape.
  • Tool Savvy: Proficiency with leading influencer tools such as CreatorIQ, Tagger, Klear, and similar platforms.
  • Strategic Visionary: A strong background in strategy and innovation, consistently seeking to elevate beyond the baseline and "dream bigger."
  • Masterful Project Manager: Exceptional project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to impeccably manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output.

Preferred

  • Experience with social media management (SMM) tools like Sprinklr, Sprout, Hootsuite.
