Job Summary

Own and optimize Disney Enterprise performance marketing by building omni-channel data-driven audience strategies, managing auction dynamics, and coordinating with Marketing Science and agency partners to drive measurable media impact.

  • Own data strategy and measurement across first-, second-, and third-party audiences to improve targeting and insight generation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activation and agency partnerships to launch and optimize campaigns with clear velocity and accountability.
  • Shift with industry trend and technology updates to keep testing, learnings, and performance experiments moving.

Job Description

  • Work directly under and with the Performance Marketing Senior Team Lead to develop and execute performance marketing strategies for different brands under the Disney Enterprise
  • Build and implement holistic, omni-platform audience data strategies leveraging first-party, second-party, and third-party data sources
  • Build and implement auction bid, pacing, and optimization strategies to improve media performance
  • Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, and budget utilization to maximize performance and efficiency
  • Ensure campaign tracking, taxonomy, and operational standards are properly implemented across media platforms
  • Support audience testing initiatives and performance experiments to drive continuous learning and innovation
  • Interpret, analyze and share analyses and learnings from titles, data testing and performance marketing campaigns and translate findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders
  • Partner with Marketing Science and Media Agency teams to identify opportunities for improved marketing effectiveness
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal marketing, media, technology, and business teams to achieve campaign objectives
  • Act as a primary point of coordination with agency activation teams to ensure campaigns are launched, maintained, and optimized appropriately
