Job Summary
Own and drive automotive dealership campaigns end-to-end, aligning client needs with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable multi-channel outcomes.
- Ownership: Manage campaigns from concept through production, coordinating creative, media, and compliance with on-time delivery.
- Client & team leadership: Build trust with dealership clients and internal teams, guiding strategy, messaging, and budgets.
- Performance & optimization: Analyze results, present data-backed recommendations, and streamline production processes for cost efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring seamless campaign execution
- Foster strong, trust-centered relationships with dealership clients and agency teams
- Supervise all advertising and communications to maintain project timelines and budgets
- Take ownership of accounts with an entrepreneurial mindset and proactive communication
- Be available and willing to travel for client meetings, dealership visits, and production shoots as needed
- Formulate and present innovative advertising strategies customized for automotive retail
- Assist with campaign writing, messaging development, and creative positioning
- Collaborate closely with the creative team, offering precise guidance and feedback
- Validate that all creative efforts align with brand goals and consumer insights
- Help develop long-term campaign structures instead of one-off advertising approaches
- 5+ years of account management experience, preferably in automotive advertising
- Strong writing and campaign development abilities
- Proficiency in digital and social media marketing strategies
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership capabilities
- Strong project management skills with a focus on precision and efficiency
- Ability to independently lead accounts while collaborating within a larger agency environment
- Comfort working in both strategic and operational aspects of campaign execution
- Enthusiasm for the automotive sector and a discerning eye for creative excellence
