Drive ABM strategy and demand-gen execution for enterprise SaaS, coordinating multi-channel campaigns and ROI-driven budgets.

  • Own design and operation of ABM for strategic & enterprise accounts.
  • Must-have: 5–7 years in account-based marketing with integrated demand gen in B2B Enterprise SaaS.
  • Standout: proven budget ownership ($2M-5M+) and cross-functional executive reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Design, own, and operationalize the ABM strategy for strategic & enterprise accounts
  • Serve as lead project manager over the ABM motion: leading weekly game plan meetings, summarizing monthly executive report outs, tracking pipeline contribution from ABM programs and other KPIs leveraging data from Salesforce, Gong, and Hubspot.
  • Build and launch multi-channel, account-centric campaigns including targeted advertising, email marketing, personalized content, sales-aligned outreach sequences, sponsored partnerships, and collaboration with Event Marketing on field/event activations.
  • Recommend, contract, and implement ABM and demand gen tools that leverage AI to streamline manual work, improve personalized content experiences, and deliver targeted ads.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to develop GTM promotional plans to amplify Tier 1-2 launches.
  • Stand up and optimize email nurture programs aligned to both account-based and inbound motions.
  • Own paid acquisition across digital channels (Google, LinkedIn, sponsored content), continuously testing and optimizing performance to drive pipeline creation.
  • Lead website conversion rate optimization and SEO/GEO strategy on Plenful.com, improving demo conversion rates and organic visibility to create a more predictable inbound pipeline.
  • Own the forecasting and delivery of all demand gen budgets across paid media, ABM platforms, sponsored content and tooling, optimizing for ROI.
