Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and move products; maintain stocked studio supplies.
• Prep garments and products for shoots using steam/ironing and standard set procedures.
• Move items from prep to set and ensure efficient product flow during shoots.
• Adapt to filling in where needed within a studio environment.
• Work with both hard-goods and apparel to support image production.
• Follow set standards to assist stylists with product imagery.
• Perform general office tasks including word processing, emailing and spreadsheets.
• Absorb constructive feedback to expedite turnaround times under pressure.
• Collaborate in a team-oriented, supportive environment; be a problem solver who can self-direct.
• Maintain attention to detail and organization in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Have completed coursework in keyboarding, word processing or similar (required).
• Have 1 to 3 years’ experience in a retail setting.
• Understand a photo production studio.
• Can multitask and are proficient with Microsoft Suite.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Can move around z-racks and lift totes of product weighing 25+ lbs.
• Can perform frequent movements such as standing, walking, repetitive finger, hand and wrist motions, as well as bending, stooping, reaching, squatting, and kneeling.
