Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform a comprehensive audit of Website structure, technical SEO, and performance
- Perform a comprehensive audit of On-page optimization
- Perform a comprehensive audit of Local SEO presence (Google Business Profile, maps, citations)
- Perform a comprehensive audit of Backlink profile
- Perform a comprehensive audit of Competitor positioning in the pool/outdoor living space
- Perform a comprehensive audit of Social media alignment with SEO
- Analyze current lead sources and conversion paths
- Identify ranking gaps and revenue opportunities
Requirements
- 7+ years of proven SEO strategy experience
- Demonstrated success with local service businesses and high-ticket services ($100k+ sales)
- Experience in construction, home services, outdoor living, or similar industries strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, schema, Core Web Vitals, and modern ranking factors
- Experience with competitive local markets
- Able to interpret analytics and tie SEO performance directly to revenue impact
- Portfolio of measurable results (case studies required)
Preferred
- Ability to oversee or manage implementation phase after strategy approval
