Responsibilities

• Real people having real moments — families, couples, kids, celebrations, spontaneous joy. Brunch vibes, daytime outings, seasonal occasions, food & beverage details, and the kind of wide-open views that stop the scroll.
• You'll shoot for repurposing: every clip and image should work hard across multiple campaigns, audiences, and formats.

Requirements

• Shoots vertical-first, natively — not an afterthought crop
• Strong Reels/TikTok instinct: hooks, pacing, natural moments
• Delivers stabilized footage (gimbal or equivalent)
• Can follow a shot list AND capture the unscripted moments between takes
• Comfortable doing light talent direction to get natural, candid reactions
• Reliable, communicative, and organized with file delivery

Preferred

• Experience with hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle brands
• Basic editing for Reels (or shoots with an editor in mind)
• Understanding of what makes content convert — not just look good
