- Run A/B and multivariate tests across campaigns, using cohort insights to optimize messaging and visuals.
- Collaborate with design, product, and marketing to keep brand consistency and accelerate production timelines.

Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and assets for email, SMS, owned social, on-site content, and paid ads aligned to retention and lifecycle goals.
- Collaborate with design, photography, product, and marketing teams to execute campaigns that drive repeat purchases and CLTV.
- Produce and adapt creative variants for A/B and multivariate testing across channels.
- Analyze campaign performance and customer cohorts; iterate creative based on results and segmentation insights.
- Manage creative production schedules, asset libraries, and creative briefs.
- Ensure brand consistency and strong creative performance across all touchpoints.
- Support creative strategy for lifecycle flows, win‑back, VIP, and reactivation programs.
