Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and assets for email, SMS, owned social, on-site content, and paid ads aligned to retention and lifecycle goals.
• Collaborate with design, photography, product, and marketing teams to execute campaigns that drive repeat purchases and CLTV.
• Produce and adapt creative variants for A/B and multivariate testing across channels.
• Analyze campaign performance and customer cohorts; iterate creative based on results and segmentation insights.
• Manage creative production schedules, asset libraries, and creative briefs.
• Ensure brand consistency and strong creative performance across all touchpoints.
• Support creative strategy for lifecycle flows, win‑back, VIP, and reactivation programs.
