Responsibilities

• Set up and execute engaging product demos and interactive displays at retail events to attract customer interest
• Collect valuable data during events to support marketing strategies and customer insights
• Manage social media channels by posting real-time updates, photos, and videos to maximize event exposure
• Deliver compelling public presentations and product explanations to educate and excite potential customers
• Assist in event marketing efforts by distributing promotional materials and encouraging customer participation
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and creating a welcoming environment
• Support branding initiatives through consistent messaging and professional appearance during all interactions

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is highly desirable for engaging effectively with diverse audiences
• Strong communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in public settings; bilingual abilities are a plus
• Familiarity with data collection tools or methods to track customer interactions and feedback during events
• Knowledge of social media management platforms for content posting and engagement monitoring
• Ability to perform product demos confidently while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude toward teamwork and customer engagement
• Passion for marketing, event promotion, and representing brands in lively retail environments
