Job Summary

Own the in-store customer engagement and appointment-setting flow for a retail window replacement brand, with a focus on live qualification and measurable follow-ups that move prospects to a salesperson visit.

In-store Engagement: Qualify and book no-cost appointments with a Renewal by Andersen expert.
Collaboration & Handoff: Capture feedback and recap next steps with the team to drive follow-through and conversions.
On-site Partnerships: Operate at premier partner sites to capture demand and expand footprint.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Talk to prospective customers in the store and book appointments for a no cost appointment with a Renewal by Andersen window expert.
Follow up with feedback and info recaps with the team for next steps and earn a great wage, plus bonus and commissions.
Work on-site at premier partners.

Requirements

Authorized to work in the United States
You’re a true people person
Motivated to help build the RBA footprint
Dedicated and dependable team player
Must be available a minimum of 18 hours per week. Including a combination of weekday and weekend hours
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
