Responsibilities

• Represent EcoView Windows & Doors professionally at Sam’s Club retail locations, home shows, expos, and community events
• Engage with shoppers and event attendees in a friendly and professional manner
• Educate homeowners on energy-efficient windows and doors
• Generate and qualify leads for free in-home consultations
• Schedule appointments for the sales team
• Assist with booth setup, breakdown, and maintaining a clean, organized display
• Accurately track and submit leads using company systems and procedures
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, energy, and brand representation at all times
• Occasionally travel to local and regional community events, festivals, and promotional activations

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, sales, or lead generation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, confident, and self-motivated personality
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with the public
• Retail, marketing, event marketing, canvassing, or sales experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation required
• Weekend availability preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods during events and retail shifts
• Must be dependable, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Must be able to pass a background check
