Responsibilities

• Educate customers on available energy-saving programs and incentives
• Engage shoppers in friendly, face-to-face conversations
• Explain benefits such as cost savings, efficiency upgrades, and program eligibility
• Help customers understand enrollment options and next steps
• Support outreach efforts to increase awareness of energy conservation initiatives
• Stand at assigned retail locations and engage with store visitors
• Introduce and explain energy-saving and utility assistance programs
• Answer basic customer questions and provide clear information
• Collect and track interest or sign-up data when applicable
• Maintain a professional and approachable presence in-store

Requirements

• No prior experience required
• Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable speaking with the public
• Strong communicators with a customer-first mindset
• Reliable and able to work in retail store environments
• Motivated and eager to learn
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Nice To Have

• Backgrounds in retail, customer service, hospitality, or promotions are a plus.
