Job Summary

Own in-store retail marketing and direct-to-customer sales efforts for Renuity, delivering engaging presentations, promoting products at events and tradeshows, and developing career growth in management or sales; weekend availability and rotating shifts; bilingual sales focus.

Lead in-store campaigns and event-based selling
Deliver engaging face-to-face product presentations and customer care
Prepare for advancement into management or sales with weekend and rotating shift availability

Job Description

Responsibilities

Promote Renuity's products and services to both prospective and existing clients in our in-store retail marketing campaigns, events, and tradeshows
Deliver engaging sales presentations face to face, focusing on our high quality products, installation, and customer care
Use this experience as a stepping stone to a career in Management or Sales
Scheduling availability: Weekends required, M-F available
Rotating shifts: 9am to 5pm, 10am to 6pm, 11am to 7pm, 12pm to 8pm
If part-time, 20-25hrs/week required

Requirements

Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, and ambitious outlook to succeed in a performance-driven environment
Ability to speak publicly with confidence
Naturally outgoing and well-spoken individual who thrives in human interaction
Bilingual skills in English and Spanish required
Must have access to a personal, reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
