Responsibilities

• The Assistant Manager will be expected to follow not only the position of Team Lead but will also handle Marketing/Social Media needs.
• This candidate will accomplish business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans; negotiating product pricing and enhancing store merchandise layout to optimize retail sales.
• Essential Duties: Identifies sales opportunities by identifying consumer requirements - Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product selection - Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities
• Manage placement of store merchandise to optimize retail sales volume
• Collaborates with key stakeholders in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company
• Performs sales activities on commercial helium accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with key stakeholders
• Resolves sales or delivery issues with commercial accounts
• Prospecting and developing new client relationships within a defined geography or market
• Making actionable and insightful recommendations for new products, extensions, or enhancements
• Related Duties Act in the capacity of a Party Hero as needed for profitable store operations (the hours will vary based on time of year and store staffing needs)

• Training and Experience: Minimum 1 year of outside sales experience Associates degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent Valid drivers license
