Job Description

Responsibilities

Make it happen: Conduct 300-400 inbound/outbound calls daily, ensuring efficient and accurate data verification.
Stay sharp: Perform thorough qualification assessments to identify high-quality leads.
Own the process: Accurately update and maintain CRM records with attention to detail.
Adapt and deliver: Navigate changing campaigns and procedures while meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
Secure trust: Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security standards.

Requirements

Experience: At least 1 year in a call center or high-volume call environment focused on data accuracy and performance.
Tech-savvy: Proficiency with computers and CRMs.
Quiet workspace with required equipment: USB headset
Quiet workspace with required equipment: Windows 10 or higher
Quiet workspace with required equipment: Intel i5 equivalent or better processor, 8GB RAM, 250GB hard drive
Quiet workspace with required equipment: Hard-wired internet (minimum: 30 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload)
