Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full admissions process across multiple sites, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate documentation, and exceptional customer experience.
  • Manage inquiries and referrals from hospitals, families, agencies, and community partners.
  • Evaluate and optimize regional admissions workflows to meet census or enrollment targets.
  • Monitor trends in application volume, conversion rates, and market conditions.
  • Develop and execute regional marketing plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Strengthen relationships with referral sources, including healthcare providers, schools, community organizations, and local agencies.
  • Represent the organization at events, conferences, and community engagements.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all regional marketing materials.
  • Lead, mentor, and support admissions and marketing staff across multiple facilities or campuses.
  • Foster collaboration between interdisciplinary teams (clinical, administrative, academic, or operational).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of successful experience in admissions and/or marketing leadership, ideally within skilled nursing, long-term care, sub-acute care, or higher education.
  • Proven track record of meeting census or enrollment goals.
  • Experience managing multi-site teams is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong referral networks.
  • Comfortable working independently and traveling within the region.
