Job Summary
Own the client conversion loop from inbound leads through consultative sessions, powered by CRM-driven follow up and brand support to lift conversion and visibility.
- Engagement & Conversion: Lead consults, close opportunities, and leverage the CRM to move prospects through the funnel.
- CRM & Follow-up: Structure and automate follow-ups to stay top of mind and nurture relationships.
- Brand & Coaching: Utilize in-house marketing/design and daily coaching to boost presence and conversion; active VA/NC real estate license required.
