Own guest experience and community marketing across two centers, turning visits into engaged communities and measurable outcomes.
- Guest Experience: Greet guests warmly, orient first-time visitors to immersion rooms and wellness offerings, and guide selection to fit their needs.
- Marketing & Content: Plan and post regularly across Instagram, Facebook, and other channels, draft newsletters, and document spaces and events with distinct voices for each organization.
