• Guest Experience: Greet guests warmly, orient first-time visitors to immersion rooms and wellness offerings, and guide selection to fit their needs.
• Marketing & Content: Plan and post regularly across Instagram, Facebook, and other channels, draft newsletters, and document spaces and events with distinct voices for each organization.
• Measurement & Plan: Implement a marketing plan for both Pyramid and OSun Rising, develop metrics, and deliver regular reach and engagement reports.
