Responsibilities

• As a Public Relations Intern, you will assist with drafting press releases, managing media relations, and facilitating strategic communication efforts.
• Responsibilities include conducting research on industry trends, creating compelling media content, and supporting the execution of PR campaigns.
• You will collaborate closely with the team to amplify the company’s voice and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Ability to write professional Press Releases and materials for external communication
• Strong skills in Public Relations and Media Relations, including cultivating and maintaining relationships with media outlets
• Proficiency in Communication and Strategic Communications, with the ability to craft and deliver clear and effective messaging
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred

• Familiarity with urban culture, food industries, and media landscapes in New York City is a plus
• Proficient in using PR tools and platforms is an advantage
