Job Summary

Own and drive branded programming across the property, charging activations, partnerships, and live entertainment that fuse hospitality, wellness, fashion, and culture with the member experience.

  • Own programming calendar and end-to-end activation delivery across Rooms, F&B, Membership, Retail, and Events.
  • Lead partner outreach, negotiations, logistics, and post-event recap to maximize attendance, revenue impact, and learnings.
  • Collaborate with Membership to connect public events with member engagement and retention goals.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a year-round calendar of branded programming across all areas of the property.
  • In partnership with the Marketing & Brand Director, continuously identify and cultivate new event concepts, experiences, partnerships, talent and cultural moments that align with The Global Ambassador brand, serving as a tastemaker and connector for the property.
  • Ideate, initiate, plan and execute activations from concept through completion.
  • Manage and track all event budgets related to activations across the property.
  • Track performance and provide post-event recaps including attendance, revenue impact, engagement and key learnings.
  • Partner closely with the Director of Membership and membership team to develop and execute a robust member events calendar.
  • Ensure member programming remains a priority while identifying opportunities to connect public-facing events with the membership experience.
  • Collaborate with the Membership team on event planning, communications and onsite execution.
  • Support initiatives that drive member engagement, retention, and acquisition.
  • Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with brands, vendors, sponsors, talent, and community partners.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to position The Global Ambassador at the forefront of hospitality, wellness, fashion, food, beverage, retail and culture.
  • Lead all partner communications from initial outreach and negotiations through execution and recap.
  • Coordinate contracts, logistics, gifting, rentals and event deliverables as needed.
  • Own and manage all live music and entertainment programming throughout the hotel
  • Work closely with Food & Beverage leadership to curate entertainment experiences that complement each venue.
  • Manage talent sourcing, booking, scheduling and communication for restaurants, programming, special events and holidays
  • Continuously evaluate and evolve the property's entertainment offerings, proactively sourcing new talent and performers while maintaining a strong roster of options across all restaurants and programming initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary project manager for all programming activations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Membership, Retail, Spa, Events, Finance and Marketing.
  • Ensure events are delivered at the highest level of hospitality and brand presentation.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in hospitality programming, experiential marketing, partnerships, events or related fields
  • Experience planning and executing luxury hospitality, lifestyle, food and beverage, wellness or membership-based programming preferred
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication, networking and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong understanding of luxury lifestyle trends, hospitality, food and beverage, wellness, retail and cultural programming
  • Ability to work both strategically and hands-on
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for discovering new ideas, brands and experiences
  • Comfortable working occasional evenings, weekends and holidays as required by programming and events
  • Experience collaborating with chefs, guest speakers, and retail pop-ups
