Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of go-to-market plans and downstream marketing campaigns for CareScout services, partner-facing solutions, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, engagement, retention, and growth across priority audiences, channels, partnerships, and customer segments.
  • Assist in the creation of positioning, messaging, value propositions, campaign assets, customer communications, and marketing materials that clearly communicate the benefits of CareScout Services.
  • Translate product roadmaps, customer needs, market insights, and business priorities into clear, compelling, and actionable marketing campaigns and channel communications.
  • Coordinate campaign execution across email, web, digital, social, partner marketing, sales enablement, and other downstream channels to support timely delivery and consistent customer experience.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to support product launches, market expansion, onboarding, adoption, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, tools, messaging resources, and product marketing content that help Sales and partner-facing teams communicate CareScout Services' value proposition, product offerings, and engagement opportunities.
  • Conduct and synthesize market insights to identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations for growth.
  • Monitor campaign performance and use data, analytics, customer insights, and test-and-learn results to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Stay current on marketing best practices, emerging channels, industry trends, competitive offerings, and the evolving long-term care marketplace, bringing forward new ideas and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, with hands-on experience developing and executing downstream marketing campaigns, go-to-market initiatives, product launches, adoption programs, customer engagement campaigns, or integrated marketing programs.
  • Experience supporting B2B, B2B2C, healthcare, financial services, insurance, service-based offerings, or partner-driven business models preferred.
  • Strong product marketing foundation, including positioning, messaging, value proposition development, audience definition, and the ability to translate product value into clear marketing communications.
  • Strong campaign execution skills across multiple channels, including sales enablement and customer communications
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external partner teams and operate in a matrixed environment
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and support timely execution.
  • A test-and-learn mindset, with experience developing hypotheses, evaluating results, and applying insights to improve campaign performance and customer outcomes.
  • Experience with CRM, analytics, marketing technology, reporting tools, and performance measurement preferred.
