Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build, develop, and scale comprehensive marketing strategies and toolkits that scale globally, ensuring that they can adapt to be locally relevant in each region or country.
  • Craft the learning agenda in partnership with research teams, unifying insights across diverse sources to inform and guide ongoing product development as well as central/ regional marketing and engagement programs.
  • Influence and shape Earner product and business strategies and roadmaps to strengthen Earner satisfaction and supply hours, closely partnering with the senior leaders within Product, Ops, Comm Ops, Comms and Policy.
  • Develop and execute GTM strategies for major product launches, developing compelling naming, messaging, positioning and campaign narratives, setting goals and metrics for success and coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Develop comprehensive global marketing strategies and briefs, developing tailored channel strategies and guiding cross-functional and regional teams to support in local implementation of best practices.
  • Tackle complex problems with a strategic mindset and create thoughtful recommendations and action plans for solving those problems.
  • May telecommute.

Requirements

  • Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Marketing Communications, Business, Mathematics, or related field, and 8 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
