Roadmap alignment: Develop a prioritized product growth roadmap and align stakeholders in Product, Analytics, and Lifecycle around it; establish a measurement framework.
Data informed decisions: Generate hypotheses on buyer behavior, surface post-launch insights, and hand off clear briefs to Lifecycle Marketing.
