Job Summary

Lead the marketing, product strategy, and growth initiatives for power conversion systems across Energy, Defense, and Power Systems, owning roadmaps, market insights, pricing, and cross-functional execution while building key stakeholder relationships.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversees marketing plans and activities for specific product(s) or product line(s) to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena
  • Oversees business plans and product positioning in the marketplace
  • Oversees market research activities, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs
  • Establishes pricing strategies
  • Manage and grow the Energy, Defense, and Power Systems business with a portfolio of power conversion systems including inverters, converters, rectifiers, and energy storage systems
  • Develop and implement product plans, roadmaps, and growth initiatives aligned with customer needs and business priorities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization to influence and drive business objectives
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams

Requirements

  • A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
  • Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
  • Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
  • Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
  • Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
  • This position requires eligibility to obtain authorization under the ITAR and/or EAR; Non-US Persons may not be eligible to obtain authorization
