Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Senior Product Marketing Manager to operationalize positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies across marketing and sales channels
  • Translate product value propositions into compelling, audience-specific content including blog posts, one-pagers, landing pages, email campaigns, and sales enablement materials
  • Ensure consistent and accurate application of CLEAR1 messaging across campaigns, collateral, digital channels, and partner communications
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, and Partner Marketing to support launches and drive awareness, engagement, and adoption
  • Gather feedback from Sales and customer-facing teams to refine messaging and optimize content based on real-world insights
  • Monitor performance and utilization of marketing materials to identify what resonates with prospects and customers, and iterate accordingly

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including 2+ years in Product Marketing or related B2B marketing roles; experience in healthcare or other regulated industries preferred
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical or abstract concepts into clear, compelling narratives
  • Experience supporting go-to-market initiatives in partnership with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Ability to produce high-quality content at pace while maintaining brand consistency and strategic alignment
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, balancing speed with thoughtful execution
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams

Preferred

  • Experience marketing to enterprise or security leaders (e.g., CISOs, CIOs) or within identity, cybersecurity, or highly regulated industries (i.e., healthcare)

  • The base salary range for this role is $110,000-140,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.
  • The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
