Job Summary
Own product marketing initiatives that translate customer insights into campaigns, launches, and enablement across teams to drive subscriber growth and product adoption.
- Know the audience inside and out. Research customer behaviors, trends, and needs to uncover the who, what, when, where, and why behind every campaign.
- Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape. Benchmark national carriers and local competitors to ensure ALLO’s experience-based value proposition stands out and unique selling points are effectively positioned.
- Be the marketing voice in the room. Represent customer insights and marketing strategy in operational meetings while staying ahead of upcoming product launches, feature rollouts, and updates.
