Job Summary

Own the end-to-end launch engine for a PLG, multi-channel SaaS, uniting release automation, broad channel ownership, and audience-tailored messaging with product collaboration.

  • Release & Launch Orchestration: Build and maintain the release system and announcements to ensure every feature ships with a proper briefing.
  • Multi-Channel Ownership: Own email, in-app, push, social, and community touchpoints across launch cycles.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Build and own the release system — checklists, templates, and automated workflows so every feature ships with a proper announcement
  • Own every channel: email, in-app, push, social, Discord, blog
  • Write for different audiences — mobile founders, product managers, growth teams, enterprise
  • Prepare case studies showing how Superwall customers grow subscription revenue
  • Run paid campaigns tied to feature launches — own the brief and the campaign
  • Work directly with product and engineering — in the loop before launch, not after
  • Automate what can be automated
Requirements
  • 3+ years in product marketing, developer marketing, growth marketing, GTM, or launch management at a B2B SaaS or mobile-first company
  • Experience with mobile apps and subscription products — you understand monetization and paywalls
  • Experience working in a product-led growth environment — you've measured adoption, not just reach
  • SaaS product marketing background — you can write for developers, product managers, growth leads, and enterprise buyers
  • Multi-channel: email, social, in-app, paid, community
  • Self-directed — you scope the work yourself, figure out what's needed, and ask when you're actually stuck
  • Builds automated workflows instead of repeating manual steps
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • A portfolio of product launches you can walk through — ideally from companies that ship with intention: Linear, PostHog, Lovable, Raycast, Vercel, Supabase, Loom, or similar
  • You have your own mobile apps — ideally with subscriptions — or you've built content and automation workflows from scratch
Nice_to_have
  • Active in mobile app or indie developer communities
  • Experience building automated content or distribution workflows
  • Background in community management
