Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The candidate will co-lead insight development, idea generation, execution, measurement, and optimization of solutions that improve the experience for patients starting Johnson & Johnson Immunology therapies.
  • Deliver exceptional patient experiences, serving as a passionate advocate for individuals preparing to begin Johnson & Johnson Immunology therapies.
  • Influence stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
  • Mine existing data and develop learning plans to inform the operations and communication approaches for our programs.
  • Develop metrics to measure program impact and inform optimization.
  • Partner across the immunology portfolio to ensure pull-through of customer experience strategies and find opportunities to support brand strategies.
  • Enhance messaging and build an omnichannel communications plan to drive awareness and engagement with Johnson & Johnson Immunology patient support programs.
  • Develop and socialize business cases to assess the viability of programs.
  • Understand the evolving regulatory compliance and legal environment with respect to patient support programs.
  • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant program operations.
  • Craft compelling, data-driven narratives that inspire alignment and collaboration across all levels of the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years total healthcare business experience (e.g. pharmaceuticals, medical devices, payer)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and experience presenting to senior management.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills are required.
  • Ability to work in Horsham, PA 3 days a week and travel up to 20% domestically.

Preferred

  • A minimum of 2 years of marketing or similar experience
  • High level planning or business planning experience
  • Experience with product launch and/or in line marketing experience
  • Able to work in a team environment and be customer/market oriented.
  • Project management experience
