Job Summary

Own cross-functional GTM coordination and logistics for Footwear, Apparel, and Accessories, ensuring milestone alignment and content delivery across Global Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Product teams.

  • Cross-functional alignment: coordinate sell-in content and milestones across marketing, merchandising, and product workstreams.
  • GTM logistics: manage meetings, milestone distribution, and shared data platforms for efficient go-to-market execution.
  • Content scaffolding: support template creation and delivery of strategic Product Creation content tied to GTM milestones.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Cross-functional coordination with Global Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and Product Management to help create and deliver sell-in content.
  • Provide logistical support for Footwear, Apparel and Accessories GTM strategy (meeting coordination, distribution for key milestone meetings, management of shared file platforms and databases)
  • Support template creation and delivery coordination of strategic Footwear, Apparel and Accessories Product Creation content supporting GTM milestones
  • Schedule and support facilitation of Footwear, Apparel and Accessories GTM milestone meetings
  • Assist in cross functional orchestration of our seasonal strategy through communication and coordination of key milestones

Requirements

  • Rising Junior or Senior working towards a degree in communications, marketing, business, or related
  • Strategic thinking – ability to easily draw connections among multiple different functions, capabilities and timelines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Innate ability to connect qualitative and quantitative data
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
