Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively on experiential production with internal press and influencer marketing teams
  • Produce programs for clients across multiple verticals, including beauty, fashion, hospitality, tech, food & beverage, retail, and more (B2B and B2C)
  • Manage production programs independently. Lead client management including scheduling calls, setting call agendas, preparing materials, presenting/leading the call, and capturing notes and next steps
  • Develop concept and design from floor plans and guest flow to photographable moments and small details, independently or with an Experiential Designer
  • Brief and oversee designers, fabricators and art directors to bring your vision to life. Develop and manage budget, financial processes, timelines; vendor sourcing, hiring, and management
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients on owned projects; anticipate needs and navigate challenges while building trust
  • Work with senior production colleagues on large scale productions (concepting onsite activations, vendor sourcing, permitting, fabrication)
  • Furnish original experiential concepts that align with client and agency goals; develop decor and fabrication for shareable moments
  • Create visuals and design assets for pitches and activation decks; AI tools welcome; 3D rendering a plus
  • Facilitate and contribute to business development by upselling, reviewing ideas for feasibility, joining brainstorms, developing client decks, and presenting to clients

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experiential production experience
  • Budgets of $200k experience
  • Ability to oversee and produce events independently
  • Experience and comfort producing events on your own
  • Ability to travel regularly for site visits and event days
  • Driver’s license (ideal)
  • Experience managing client relationships and leading production programs including scheduling calls and preparing materials
  • Knowledge of event logistics, budgets, and timelines
  • Ability to create floor plans and design concepts including visuals and mockups

Preferred

  • 4+ years of experiential production experience and are skilled at overseeing and producing events with budgets of $200k
  • Experience producing events on your own
  • Understand what makes an experience enticing, shareable, and memorable
  • Collaborate with peers of different specialties to develop integrated programs and discuss earned press and influencer marketing at a high level with clients
  • Communicate professionally with clients and drive client meetings with strategy, event logistics, budgets, and more
  • Mentor junior production staff, review their work, and teach them new skills
  • Create decks that effectively communicate original event ideas; independently create floor plans and creative mockups; able to design visuals, mockups, and mood boards
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects; detail oriented with a creative flare; adapt quickly to changing client priorities
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly for site visits and event days
  • List of favorite vendors, venues, and freelancers for various project types
  • Comfortable with setup & strike logistics / overnight installs
  • Driver’s license for occasional local transportation responsibilities
  • Knowledge of trends, communities, partnerships and events to generate campaign ideas connecting emerging concepts to client initiatives
