Job Description

Responsibilities

  • GTM Strategy Ownership - Define and drive the end-to-end multi-year GTM strategy for Kindle Scribe adoption in enterprises. - Build and maintain detailed GTM playbooks aligned with product roadmaps, customer needs, and sales/channel objectives. - Drive positioning, messaging, and enterprise market segmentation for new and existing products.
  • Channel Strategy & Partner Engagement - Develop and establish a scalable channel strategy to help in launching and scaling Kindle Scribe adoption. - Identify, recruit, and manage strategic channel partners to support product launches. - Drive partner enablement programs, tools and materials to ensure partner and product success.
  • Sales Enablement - Build sales playbooks, tools, training, and enablement programs to drive adoption and pipeline growth. - Own post-launch evaluation and iterate GTM approaches based on performance and field feedback.
  • Marketing Leadership - Own and drive marketing strategies for new products, collaborating with the marketing team to launch integrated campaigns. - Partner with product marketing to develop messaging frameworks, positioning, and competitive differentiation. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Partner and Technical Field professionals to determine how to best accelerate growth.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams

Preferred

  • Experience with creating GTM initiatives at scale
  • Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, product management, analytics, UX, and research
