Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop content for a full range of promotional deliverables, including HCP, DTC and patient materials, with minimal supervision
  • Build deep scientific knowledge and use it to shape brand messaging and content
  • Lead scientific discussions with the client and external experts
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including account managers, creatives, editors, and medical strategists—to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Share knowledge and provide expert guidance on brands and therapeutic areas to internal stakeholders
  • Support business development by identifying opportunities, supporting on pitches, and contributing to written proposals

Requirements

  • An undergraduate degree in a relevant scientific field is preferred but not essential if the required level of scientific understanding is demonstrated
  • Proven experience in medical writing within a medical communications agency or similar environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
