Job Summary

Own the admin and outreach engine for client-facing work, turning lists into prospects, keeping the CRM clean, and filling the calendar with seminars and appointments.

Responsibilities: Assist with processing mass mailings, contact prospective clients to offer services or invite them to seminars, send introductory and marketing letters, coordinate seminars, set up and confirm appointments, maintain leads lists, update the CRM, perform data entry, and handle other duties as assigned.
Event & Scheduling: Coordinate seminars including scheduling, room setup, menu planning, audio visual aids, and marketing materials.
Data & CRM Stewardship: Obtain and maintain leads, keep the CRM current, and support administrative data entry and related tasks.
