Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify talent recommendations across high-profile actors, musicians, athletes, digital influencers, and subject matter experts - supporting client marketing objectives and product placement strategies
  • Track and monitor entertainment industry news, trends, and the cultural landscape across celebrity, sports, music, and influencer verticals - with a specific eye toward product placement opportunities in film, television, and streaming
  • Participate in project brainstorms and contribute ideas across active campaigns
  • Conduct competitive research to inform talent and placement recommendations across client categories
  • Support the identification and evaluation of product placement opportunities - from tentpole studio releases to emerging content with strong brand integration potential
  • Assist in coordinating talent and product placement logistics, including scheduling and managing detail-oriented project needs
  • Support the team with deck building, research, data input, and organizational tasks - including preparation of client-facing materials
  • Manage trackers, talent rosters, and project information - ensuring all data is accurate and up to date in folders
  • Lead team culture events and help foster a collaborative, energized team environment
  • Provide general administrative support to the broader PRE team, including senior leadership, as needed

Requirements

  • Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week in Los Angeles, CA
  • Must be completing or have completed a degree in PR, marketing, communications or related field experience and a deep understanding of social media and influencer marketing
  • Outgoing individual with excellent communication, interpersonal skills and strong team player
  • Proficient at an intermediate level with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Dedicated work ethic and displays a thorough attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational, written and oral communications skills
  • Highly adaptable and willing to shift priorities to meet team needs
  • Resilient, proactive go-getter with a positive attitude
  • Thrive in a team-oriented environment – be a true team player, with a desire to grow within a department and take on increased responsibilities over time
  • Previous Internship experience is a plus
