Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Direct Campaign Execution: Build, launch, and manage high-scale campaigns within Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Business Manager (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Paid Search Optimization: Conduct continuous keyword research, A/B test ad copy, and manage complex bidding strategies to maintain top-tier positioning and low CPAs.
  • Paid Social Management: Oversee audience building and creative testing on social platforms, utilizing lookalike audiences and interest-based targeting to drive high-entent traffic.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze daily performance metrics through Google Analytics and platform-specific reporting tools to make real-time adjustments to budgets and targeting.
  • Funnel Optimization: Partner with internal teams to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversion, focusing on reducing friction and maximizing the return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Reporting & Tracking: Maintain precise tracking and attribution models to provide clear, actionable visibility into channel performance and incremental growth.

Requirements

  • Execution Expertise: 5+ years of direct experience managing six-to-seven-figure monthly spends in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of tracking pixels, Google Tag Manager, and API-based conversions to ensure data integrity.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret large datasets and historical trends to inform future bidding and scaling decisions.
  • Agility: Proven ability to move quickly between high-level strategy and granular, platform-level adjustments.
  • Resourcefulness: A self-starter who stays current with platform algorithm changes and emerging ad formats to maintain a competitive edge.
