Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design performance marketing creative
  • Produce high-volume static and motion assets for:
  • Paid social
  • Display
  • Retail media networks
  • Email & landing pages
  • Translate performance data into creative iteration and testing strategies
  • Collaborate with media buyers and growth teams to optimize ROAS and CPA
  • Develop modular creative systems to enable rapid testing and scaling
  • Maintain brand consistency while optimizing for performance outcomes
  • Continuously test messaging, layouts, hooks, and visual approaches
  • Stay up-to-date on competitive landscape and consistently revaluate creative output based on those learnings

Requirements

  • 5+ years designing e-commerce product content across omnichannel
  • Strong understanding of direct response and conversion-focused design
  • Experience producing assets for Meta, Google, retail media, and programmatic channels
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma (Monday.com is a plus)
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for copy and image creation
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and creative performance analytics
  • Ability to work quickly, iterate rapidly, and manage high output demands
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where priorities can shift quickly
  • A passion for ecommerce consumer brands
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work across multiple projects
  • Strong analytical skills and a positive can-do attitude is a must

Preferred

  • Experience in developing and/or driving process for creative routing a plus
