Job Summary

Own and grow a partner ecosystem by building trusted advisor relationships, driving tier progression, and co selling with Klaviyo to hit revenue and profitability goals.

  • Partnership ownership: cultivate key leadership relationships and align partner goals with Klaviyo to unlock joint revenue opportunities.
  • Tier growth and strategy: assess partners and move them up in the program while shaping long term plans with Klaviyo.
  • Revenue focus: operate with individual revenue targets and collaborate cross functionally to deliver on revenue production.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with Klaviyo partners, articulate Klaviyo value, differentiate from alternatives, and coach partners on growing their business and profitability with Klaviyo.
  • Become a trusted advisor with a subset of active partners, cultivating relationships with leaders and decision makers at those orgs.
  • Assess partner potential to encourage tier progression within the partner program.
  • Understand a partner’s structure and goals and develop a long-term strategy to help them meet business goals alongside Klaviyo.
  • Operate with revenue-focused goals at the individual level and contribute to revenue production.
  • Bring creative thinking and strategy to advance Klaviyo’s values, culture, and vision for the future.
  • Own projects with a highly driven team to ensure success in achieving company goals and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Adept at influencing and relationship building.
  • Partnerships and/or sales experience.
  • Thoughtful, engaging, and energetic.
  • Obsessed with understanding customers or partners.
  • Comfortable working independently and with a team.
  • Confident presenting in large groups as a thought leader in the organization.
  • Proactively solicit and act on feedback from customers, partners, team members, and peers.
  • Excited to be part of a rapidly-growing, public company with impact.
  • Positive, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 3-5 years of SaaS account management, partner, or sales experience.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Enablement, CS, Marketing and Product to educate solutions partners on new enhancements to Klaviyo’s platform.
  • Bring thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance the company’s values, culture, and vision for the future.
