Job Summary

Own daily short-form content creation and social posting, audience engagement, editing, performance tracking, and evolving responsibilities as the business grows.

Produce and post daily short-form videos and captions
Engage with followers and manage comments/DMs
Edit clips and monitor performance using a simple tracker

Job Description

Responsibilities

Film and post short-form content (phone camera is fine - scripts and a playbook are provided)
Post daily to X and Instagram, reply to comments and DMs from our FAQ doc
Edit short clips (captions, hooks, basic cuts - CapCut or similar)
Track what performs in a simple spreadsheet
Later, if you're good: help set up small ad campaigns
Long-term role with more hours as the businesses grow

Requirements

You post on time every day - consistency beats brilliance
Comfortable on camera and filming with a phone
Clear written English
